Odeon Direct sucks. I once heralded it as a godsend, but if fucking sucks, and heres why.

I was tiring of the service, and was not going to pay 9.99 a month for the maybe 1 or 2 dvds I was getting at a time. So I tried to cancel. I went to their website to cancel, where it tells me to phone their call center. I am put through to oddly foreign sounding man with strangly british name Eddie. He informed me, after asking for ever single one of my details, that once I returned my dvd that I currently had, my account would be cancled, and no further dvd’s would be sent and no further payments would be taken. I insisted that it was too easy, and was he sure I would not recieve further discs or payments. He assured me, twice, that it was taken care of.

So why the FUCK did I just get an email from Odeon Direct telling me that Office Space is on its fucking way? Seriously? Do I need to phone their fucking incomprehensible asses again and RE-request that I have my account canceled. Fuck that shit. Fuck it in its ass. If I get charged for another month I’m going to go fucking apeshit and call them on the show. Bullshit.

So not in the mood for this shit right now.
